Save the Dates, Win a Prize
Just announced! Save the dates for March 23-25, 2021, for our annual AFT Share My Lesson Virtual Conference. We’ve been doing virtual conferences since before they became the trendy “it” thing to do.
Last year’s March conference brought nearly 70,000 registrations from all over the world, and provided a great resource and outlet for educators who found themselves a few weeks into a brand new COVID-19 pandemic world.
This year will not disappoint as we bring in the best of the best to cover topics that are the most important to you, and all for free. From virtual learning or hybrid strategies, to mental health and trauma-informed practices, to current events and racial justice issues, we will have something for everyone, including virtual workouts—new this year.

In addition, AFT President Randi Weingarten will join us to discuss the state of public education in 2021, which is sure to be an important conversation as we continue to tackle health and safety, learning recovery, social recovery, summer learning plans, school reopenings, and of course, what a new education administration may mean.
Reserve your spot now for these for-credit sessions, and you will also be entered for a chance to win 1 of 3 virtual learning care packages (back by popular demand), which include:
-
An Ember coffee mug that will keep your coffee or tea warm throughout the day;
-
Blue light glasses to help reduce eyestrain from being at your computer; and
-
A ring light to improve the lighting in your virtual classroom.
We used to say this was the premier virtual conference that you can attend in your PJs, but let’s be clear, we’ve all been in our PJs and yoga pants since last March and will still be in our PJs, yoga pants, or work mullets for this conference. So join us again in whatever at-home comfort you want!
Bonus: Are you interested in being a presenter? Learn more about submitting a proposal. Proposals are due Monday, Jan. 25.

Please offer workshops related to Mental Health/Social-Emotional Learning/Trauma-Informed Practices.
