About the same
A. More fit now (but it has fluctuated since March)
What is helping you to maintain or increase your fitness? @mae72_cc and @ HeatherFitzgerald
Definitely less fit now! :(
B Less Fit now
Less fit
I've gained about 20 lbs and definitely less fit.
Less fit because I go from working with educators all day to get through the hybrid model of teaching only to go home and work with my kids for remote learning.
As fit as before, however, that may change as I question the safety of going to my gym right now.
In comparison its has definitely declined.
I am more active, taking daily walks.
more fit now
Less fit now for sure!
B less fit
Looking at the results, the majority of people are less fit now that they were pre-pandemic. In this article from Time (https://time.com/5831678/covid-19-americans-exercise/) "physical fitness fades surprisingly quickly. It can also take longer to get back in shape than it took to get out of shape." Not surprisingly, people who are staying home more and sitting for long hours in front of computers are reporting an average 32% reduction in physical activity since social-distancing measure went into effect and, as a result, are experiencing poorer mental health.

C. As fit as before
I am more fit because I went KETO last year in November and dropped 35 pounds.
Wow, 35 pounds is a lot! Now the challenge is to keep it off, right?
