This unit is an easy way to get a whole class performance. I used the star wars main theme and the students loved it. If you are short on real instruments but have keyboards this works very well. It also reinforces their knowledge of the orchestral instruments and the orchestra as a ensemble. Please leave a comment.

Thank you sooo much.. As a non-specialist music teacher ( a Head of Music to be appointed for September 2011 if you are in the London area?), this is a superb resource and fits in with what I am doing this half term .I too would be most grateful for the ensemble sheets if possible?

Brilliant! I was able to use this as a core resource and easily add my own ideas. My pupils really enjoyed this unit of work, too!
