3 PowerPoints created by the department technician to help students with the exams. Would work as a presentation for different artistic movements - considers various styles and artists inc. Goya; Hepworth; The Urban Environment; Cubism.
had the same problem with reports at school, if you open the powerpoint program before opening or downloading the powerpoint it might open and save the file then.

Saw the IT people, typical showed him the problem, logged in and downloaded no problem could be because it is from windows 2007 it cannot be downloaded from machines with older systems but will save files in older powerpoints and upload them hope that will sort out any problems.
