About This Lesson
Students invent a melody and then an accompaniment for their inventions. I wrote the chords for students based on the Skye Boat Song in C major and the students copy a ternary form and add an introduction later on.The PowerPoint I added helps students to learn about auxiliary and passing notes and how to write more fluent melodies.
