About This Lesson

An interactive handout to practice and assess understanding of Partial Fractions. The handout presents students with three random fractions that are to be written as Partial Fractions. New fractions can be presented by pressing F9. (Careful when using this as the fractions change everytime the Return button is pressed also). Buttons are included to Hide or Show the solutions.

This is a very useful resource which provides an endless number of questions on writing a fraction as partial fractions. Ideal for use at A-level perhaps as a wrap up, students can work out the answers and display on a mini-whiteboard, if they don't all get it correct just press F9 for another example and keep going! What is nice is that there are three different examples per page which show the three different types of fraction which pupils have to tackle at A-level. Thank you for sharing.
