About This Lesson

A fun resource to show how children play games and sport in Africa. Children across Africa play soccer, but they also play all sorts of other games using balls or stones. You can introduce your pupils to these new games, such as, ‘dodgeball’, ‘bounceball’ and Mokou (a stone game). Use the weblink for these resources and the second one for images of children playing these games.
Appropriate for Early Childhood Education (Pre-K and younger). ECE-SO, ECE-SO-le

Really useful

I will print these off and in groups they can work out how to play the game and then teach it to the rest of the class. Thank you for this brilliant resource.

Great resources. I am sure my class will love playing these games as part of our invasion games unit.
