About This Lesson

This set of slides gives some examples of how to embed key sentence-building knowledge with students. Use a gesture for each of the key structures to embed them as a routine that they can then apply to any new infinitive or infinitive phrase to create new meanings. Displaying this visually on the slide, like a mind map where you just change the language in the middle helps learners to see how they can adapt what they know to build new sentences.
