About This Lesson
This resource forms part of a project looking at ways to encourage learners to interact more in the target language, developing the skills of both planned and unplanned (or spontaneous) talk.
It was designed with 8th grade in mind, but with very little work could be differentiated for other years– this is because it’s the teacher questioning that sets the level of challenge.
I like the idea of encouraging pupils to engage in the language of debate and discussion at a high level from an early stage - this makes for far better transition when it comes to further language study - thanks for sharing.
