A nice question based on the topic of straight line graphs and equations of circles. In the given context, it asks the pupil to work out where the circle and straight line crosses by working out the equations of the two graphs and calculating the two sets of co-ordinates. An ideal activity for teaching simultaneous equations when one is quadratic.
