      About This Lesson

      These are some of the resources I used when running a Bronze CREST Award in a day in Hampshire. We also used Chocolate Craft; The Alresford Chocolate Company to run a session on marketing chocolate and making chocolate.It was a brilliant day and if anyone wants any help organising something similar; please do get in touch.

      Some really great activities on the chemistry of chocolate, would be a great activity for science clubs.
