About This Lesson
I devised this activity for students to practice interpreting pedigree diagrams for recessive; dominant and sex linked alleles. I will be carrying this out as a main activity but it could also make a good starter/wrap up. Answers included.
This is a very useful activity showing how recessive, dominant and sex-linked alleles are inherited. A key showing the standardised symbols for drawing pedigrees would be a helpful addition.
