This is a chart that can be used to monitor children's behavior over a period. This could be used over lessons/days/weeks and it’s good to show parents. If a child is misbehaved and gets a red light; notes can be made as to why; and to determine if there is a pattern.

Great tool for either the teacher to use, or for students to self monitor! nbranch

I am using this with one

I am using this with one student. It is visual and gives him a concrete way to see how his day is progressing. It is easy to implement and is also a good tool for parents. It can also hep to pinpoint specific times of the school day that may require additional intervention.
