About This Lesson

An activity used to teach the concept of adaptations and evolutions which I normally use with 6th grade students. They fold a piece of paper into several squares and draw an adapted 'Herman'; a new creature which has been discovered; which is adapted to the habitats described. I normally time them and don't give them more than a couple of minutes to do their drawings.
