About This Lesson
Treasure Hunt activity (like match cards but round the classroom - see instructions) on interpreting box plots. Differentiated with 2 levels; low level involves only reading off values and the range; higher level requires understanding of skew.
A nice activity and a different way of teaching any topic in math. Based on the card sort loop game familiar with tarsia users, pupils have to read a question and then hunt for the answer stuck somewhere in the room. Gets pupils up and about whilst learning which is ideal and this idea can easily be copied for a variety of other topics. More please!
