A very nicely presented powerpont based on the topic of sequences in patterns and shapes. The layout is great and the examples of questions are challenging and engaging. Ideal for lower ability pupils just starting to look at patterns and sequences. Could be taken on to nth term sequences eventually.

Nicely presented lesson that can be used as is or extended into writing equations

This is a good introduction to growing sequences. Can be explained as simply adding sides but can also view it in different ways, such as subtracting the overlapping sides while adding more sides. Net change effect versus a breakdown of the add and subtract effect.
