About This Lesson
This activity requires the teacher to laminate the math Hunt Question cards which each have a 2; 5 or 10 times table question on them. They then display them around the classroom; hall or playground (depending on weather)! Students then use the answer sheet to record the answer to the question on the matching picture. At the end they reveal a secret message by changing the numbers in each answer into a letter using the code. This was used with a lower ability class; questions could be made more challenging but the code would have to be adapted appropriately.
