This is an effective review activity that I would use as a homework assignment, bell ringer, or exit ticket. I would like to also create an extension activity with this and have my students pick a meal, or even what they had for dinner and evaluate it using this type of format.

A simple but useful resource. A diagram is provided with some food items which may be eaten regularly, learners are asked to label the diagrams to suggest what each food group is classed as.
