Circumference and Area of a Circle

A nice simple lesson on calculating the area and circumference of a circle. There is a starter on labelling the parts of a circle, it is not clear how this is intended to be used but I would do it as a collective memory. Then the formulae are presented and some examples are given. There is no explanation as to where the formulae come from but you could build this in. Thank you for sharing.

I used this as a revision lesson, a good recap of the of the parts of the circle and appropriate recap of circumference and area of a circle. Great resource if you need a quick review of area and circumference. Wish I had time to create such brilliant resources and plan my lesson this well all of the time.
