Introduction to Gases 2: Evaporation&Condensation

This is a lesson plan for a demonstration (to be performed by the teacher) to introduce the concept of evaporation and condensation. It teaches children how to classify different states of materials and how materials can change from one state to another. It includes a separate teachers guide to lead a discussion around the demonstration. This is part 2 of 4 lessons in the series Introduction to Gases.
