About This Lesson

Students will learn why children's rights exist. They will be able to explain cases where children do not have rights. They will judge and reflect upon why children’s rights are not always protected and what can be done about this.

This is an engaging and interesting lesson! it requires the students to analyze the information, think of solutions and it consistently reminds students of what they must,should and could be doing. This is a great way to test their learning by giving them reachable goals. I would switch the homework to a more "American" homework rather than British research.
