About This Lesson
I said grade 6, but I've used this up to 10th grade - it's just a little tedious for students who have pages of text to read, so it works better in younger grades.
For words students don't know, they fill in this chart about the word's part of speech, definition, they use it in a sentence of their own, and then draw an image representing it.
This is a basic chart which may be helpful for short passages or young students.
