About This Lesson
The week before school starts, students and parents are invited to come to school to "Meet the Teacher." I have included a invitational letter I send to my students. I call it, "Flip Flop Into Kindergarten." Parents often don't know what they should be doing once they get to the room. Here is a checklist that I hand to the families with 9 activities they need to complete. One of the activities they need to complete is to go to the Promethean Board and answer the question, "Are you a boy or a girl?"
