About This Lesson
These are a series of PowerPoints and handouts that I use to teach students to write a Comparison and Contrast Essay. It is guided work and more independent writers can skip some of the steps here; however, it provides scaffolding for most students in this age group. The Tom March site is awesome. It is amazing how good a computer generated thesis can be; helpful for my Special Education students.
