About This Lesson

This Buddhism lesson is a handout that includes excerpts from Siddhartha Gautama's Sermon at Benares where he explains the Four Noble Truths (students should summarize the main idea of each). Then I have written an explanation of each of the paths in the Eightfold Path, and students must explain how their life would change if they followed each of the eight paths of the Buddha.
