About This Lesson
This is a fun literacy center during a Winter unit. Each child is given a recording sheet. Children take turns spinning and choosing one high frequency word to read and color in the matching winter symbol column. High frequency words highlighted in this activity are: look, are, my, he, and, go, this, come, you, like, get, me, I. Copy the spinner on cardstock paper and laminate.
