About This Lesson
Pre-work: Before the gun violence summit, we would like all students to read three short articles and complete the attached work sheet. These articles outline several right-wing, centrist and left-wing arguments within the gun debate. Please read each article and identify what you think the main points are for each article, and then form a counter point. You don't need to identify or believe in any of these points or counterpoints, this exercise is to help you familiarize yourself with both sides of each argument. This won't take you long to do (we know you're students with a full schedule!) and it will provide a valuable base-line of information for all students attending. Please print and bring your pre-work with you.

The idea to introduce students to different views is great.
But: What are the articles the worksheet is based on? Where do I find them?
