About This Lesson

Attached is the blueprint for manufacturing an ejector plate that we need on our Birmingham engine lathes to eject the live centers and any other Morse taper shank tool without the tang.  This is a manual milling machine project we have our students build. We have the students use precision layout techniques on the surface plate and digital height gauge with a scriber to mark where they want to machine.
