Freedom to Teach mean that I am given the reins and supported in using my content knowledge, my relationships with students, and resources I have created and curated in building a classroom community of inquiry, independent thought, and growth.

It means that I am recognized as the person in my classroom who can guide the young adults that I teach to being independent, questioning, responsible citizens of tomorrow.
