Freedom to teach means that I am supported as I expand my knowledge of effective teaching strategies, that I am allowed to incorporate games and neuroscience and new technologies to keep students committed to reaching their goals.

I work with adult learners seeking their GED so we are all problem-solving wizards and I believe in creating an environment that supports and challenges their thinking.
