Freedom to teach means that I can guide and engage my students in a variety of ways in the classroom, reinvigorate the passion for learning, and give them opportunities to grow inside and outside the classroom as strong leaders for our future.

It means that they are more than a test score on a sheet of paper! They are all individuals with a plan for what comes next, and I have the freedom to help teach and guide them towards the best way to achieve that plan.
