About This Lesson

TGR Foundation, A Tiger Woods Charity and Discovery Education have partnered on an exciting new initiative to champion breakthrough transformations by digitizing and scaling existing TGR Foundation curriculum and programs as we equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to exceed any and all expectations. Use these interactive resources, designed for grades 6-12, to develop problem-solving and decision-making skills with real-world applications in college access and STEM learning. In Rethinking Failure, challenge your students to rethink their attitudes toward and assumptions about failure with a variety of engaging, creative activities. Students will examine the meaning of failure, explore why failure is an important part of the learning process and discover how to develop a growth mindset to turn failure into a catalyst for future success.
