About This Lesson
This is a digital transition assessment that is used widely. It is completed by the students and then printed by the teacher as an informal career assessment but due to COVID-19, we are all working from a distance. I put the assessment in a Google Form to be completed virtually. When is completed, the teacher can record the data in the online system and print out the required document with the date and name of the student in the header/footer.
