How do you see the need for strong, safe relationships, for you and your students, today vs pre-pandemic?

Strong relationships are needed now more than ever. Students basically only go to school and then go home. Their time with friends and extended family is cut to bare minimum. Students need interaction while at school and they need us to care, inquire, and be there. Our role as teachers who build relationships with students is greater now than before the pandemic.
