I would like to see a session on easy self-care options for teachers that are realistic and proven.

Oh yes!
I have been working with different deep breathing techniques. I have a video I have shared with my colleagues and students. The best and easiest is the unfolding of the ears. Gently reach up and uncurl your outer ear from the temple back. Then do the other ear. There is a tingling sensation that starts at the ears and spreads all over the head.
