About This Lesson
Looking for a resource that can engage your students in creative writing? What about a unique way of writing a recount of what children did during summer vacation? If so, you might be interested in this set of Blank Comic Strip Worksheets.
When you download this resource, you’ll find not just one, not just two, but 26 templates that you can print out and use with your class. Most of these are comic book strips, but it also includes two pages of speech bubbles and geometric shapes. Children can cut and paste these onto their comic books.
Print out as many copies of the worksheets as you need and distribute them to your class. You might want to keep a few extras at hand, just in case one of your students needs extra room to make their masterpiece.
They’re suitable for use with students in prekindergarten up to sixth grade. There are different skills that children of all ages can learn from filling out a comic strip.
This resource addresses the following standards: CCSS SL.K.5, W.1.3, SL.1.5.
