With over 15 years of classroom experience in Title 1 schools, I am a dedicated and passionate secondary social studies teacher. As an ed tech enthusiast, I integrate the latest educational technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.
Deeply committed to social justice, I actively participate in various initiatives and committees. As an active union member, I currently serve as a building representative and am a member of the Florida Education Association Governance Board and Human and Civil Rights Committee.
In my local union, the Polk Education Association, I hold a position on the Executive Board and chair both the Constitution and By-Laws Committee and the Hispanic Caucus. My leadership and dedication to advocacy and equity make me a respected and influential figure in the educational community.
