I have been an educator for nearly 30 years, holding various roles in the public school setting. I graduated from the University of Houston and became a Bilingual Educator. Later, I attended Concordia University Texas and completed a master's degree in school administration and a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction. My Texas educator certifications include Bilingual Education, Special Education, School Administration (Principal), and a Montessori Early Childhood Credential.
I believe that learning is a lifelong process, and I continually advance my education to enhance my skills and help others achieve their goals. I recently completed certification courses in Mindfulness Meditation, Technical Writing, and Quality Matters (QM). I am committed to addressing educational inequalities and promoting success for all. I am about helping others improve the quality of their lives through the power of education.
