HI, I'm Eleanor I am currently a direct support professional for a day center/ residential program. I went to school for early  childhood development and elementary education. I am a late diagnosed AUDHD adult. I am currently working with adults with IDD and a range of other disabilities. I have clients who are very independent and do very well on their own with a little supervision, but I also have clients that are completely dependent on staff. I am looking for more ways to help my clients learn. I not only want to keep them active and give them a sense of fulfillment and purpose, I want them to benefit from the activities and lessons. I am looking to broaden my knowledge and skill set not only to better help my clients, but also myself and my coworkers.
