In 1979, I started my Ph.D. thesis on theoretical ground rules of the stages of effective communication. I had not finished an assignment for my family reasons.

I completed a postgraduate study on communication in organization and management in June 1995. It was a joint program between Polish and American universities..
I have been taking part in online teacher training courses since 2010.
I am a teacher from Poland. I teach Polish as a foreign language and English.
I also conduct lectures in English on Polish History and culture for students from all over the world.
Nowadays, I am learning how to teach using new technologies, and I am looking for some inspiration.
Present-day, I want to improve my teaching/learning skills.
Being an active learner involves seeking updated information on various problem-solving approaches.. I have been taking many online courses to improve my skills and teaching methods.
As for students, I talk them into effective studying and being in charge of their learning.
As a lifelong learner, I agree with Abraham Lincoln's declaration, "I do not think much of a man who is not wiser today than he was yesterday."
I take advantage of new technologies. I use blended learning, flipped classrooms, and active learning in my teaching and learning..
My application is to involve students in all kinds of activities. I should do consciously connect and exchanging information; students need to be aware of the problems they face.
Virtual Classes are tremendously exciting and challenging; they make attendees feel like having real meetings and discussions. Visual and audio tools you can share with attendees are significant.
The experience of connecting and communicating with people worldwide online is incredible for education.. A chance to meet people from the entire globe is one reason I appreciate online communication very much.
