You are reading the brief profile of a super organized, optimistic, and open-minded educator on a quest for the ultimate “Ah-ha! moment.” People say I have seemingly unending natural energy, which I believe puts a positive spin on OCD. While I'm predominantly left-brained, I possess just the right amount of right-brain influence to balance logic with creativity. I'm a hyper-vigilant lover of puzzles with a bizarre attraction to problems (so I can solve them!) who recognizes the importance of deceptively small and insignificant details. As an imaginative “cool projects developer,” I have developed a systematic approach to planning thanks to my classic New England work ethic. Part of my personal pedagogy is my commitment to learning, and so I am well-traveled, well-read, and well-versed in pop and high cultures.  I'm pretty much obsessed with the Boston Red Sox, my dog Phoenix, domestic and international travel, swimming, good food and wine, logic, filmmaking, ziplining, hilarious moments, anything new, exciting, and/or nerdy. And my mom taught me to be kind and polite to everyone, especially the meanies, because they need love the most of all!
