Biography
I work for Early Head Start and Head Start. I started as a teacher for toddlers, and then moved to teaching Head Start Pre-K. I then was moved to a position of Instruction Facilitator. I was in this role for a short time before the pandemic closed our schools.
My passion is in assisting teachers to become the best educators they can be within the Head Start demographics. Our students and families face a lot of social/economic obstacles, and my goal is to have the staff that surrounds the to be able to meet their needs, and to have the understanding, empathy and personal resources to male sure that when the students moe on, they have had an experience that has given them hope, the chance to progress, and get what they need to succeed.
