About This Webinar

Join Elizabeth Buckholtz, Julie Campbell (two members of the AFT Science Cadre), and Share My Lesson as we explore how to collect and analyze science data using online simulations that students can access via the web. Discussions will include the most efficient ways to find science simulations, design labs for your students using the simulations, and support your students in using the simulation to answer their own science questions.

We will include tips and tricks for using simulations in your classroom and having classroom discussions about the results of student investigations. You will be introduced to ready to teach lessons that include online simulations found on the AFT Share My Lesson platform.

It was an informative webinar

It was an informative webinar. They inspired me to use the technique of polling as a strategy. I like simulations and was excited some of the participants had great ideas about free and interesting ones.
