As educators, the responsibility to create a safe and welcoming space for students falls on us. We’re here to help.

This session will focus on the WE Teachers program, which provides educators with trauma-informed practice resources that are designed to empower them with the tools and skills to help students work through challenges in the classroom and during distance learning.

Participants will be provided with our Pandemic-Informed Community resource to help teachers, parents and caregivers discuss the pandemic-related trauma with young people at home, in the classroom and in the community.

After the session, participants will have access to all of the WE Teachers modules, which include: Mental Well-Being, Bullying, Diversity and Inclusion, Poverty, and Youth Violence.

Available for one-hour of PD credit. A certificate of completion will be available for download at the end of your session that you can submit for your school's or district's approval.

The first half hour was promoting WE. Only 15 minutes of bullet points. No details. 15 minutes of Q & A. Resources were good so I gave 2 stars. I would have liked more depth to the presentation.
