Join Monica Brady-Myerov from Listenwise and Share My Lesson as they discuss listening comprehension is an essential skill for today’s students, especially as a foundational building block for literacy. This session will highlight the new Lexile Framework ® for Listening released in January 2020, how the audio measures can support teaching with podcasts in the classroom and the profound implications the framework has for building literacy.

Brady-Myerov will discuss the relationship between Lexile reading levels and Lexile listening levels and how educators can use Lexile listening levels to inform instruction.
