About This Webinar

In this session we will introduce NEW resources from our site journalisminaction.org that teach students about critical journalistic concepts such as sources, eye witnesses, bias, audience so that they are prepared to read and analyze historic news items drawn from the Library of Congress database. These Media Literacy Mini Lessons are designed for students in middle and high school and serve as introductions to critical concepts important in evaluating news sources both past and present.
