Very Good Use of an Hour

This webinar was very worthwhile for me at this particular time. I've been having some back/knee issues and the mindfulness techniques helped me appreciate the good things I am thankful for. Also, I felt rejuvenated and relaxed when it was over. Claudia has a soothing voice and she thanks us for participating. I plan on practicing her 3 mindfulness areas covered in the webinar.

Mindfulness Meditation for Educators

I enjoyed the webinar-- there was information, practice, and journaling. It would be a great experience in person, and pretty good live as well. Having the option to go into breakout rooms during a webinar? Most people opted to journal or just didn't choose to break out. Breakout rooms are good when people are really vested in getting the most out of the experience, but not everyone enjoys them.
I would recommend this webinar as a workshop to develop the practice. Breathwork, SAFE Self- compassion practice, & Gratitude were each beneficial yet different.
Claudia Martinez' voice is calming and allowed for positive experience!

Mindfulness, Meditation, and Gratitude

This was beneficial because I learned new techniques, met teachers, and we had a meaningful conversation. The presenter was knowledgeable and kept an appropriate pace, alternating her instruction with breakout times. This session can change the tenor of a day for an individual and for a teacher with students in the classroom.
