Great webinar but was unable to download my certificate. Screen sent me straight to survey and would not let me return to certificate page. Please assist.
I had same problem with downloading PD Certificate. I submitted the survey but that screen kept popping up and would not go to the certificate screen.

Tried to download the certificate and couldn't. The surveys part wouldn't check as completed. There was only one survey, which I took twice, but nothing changed.
Please try again ... there should be three polls. You can log back into the presentation using the same link and still take the polls. Then, after you watch 30 minutes and complete the three polls you should be able to download the certificate from the webinar console on a desktop.

This webinar gave me a broader view of what empathy is and what I can do to instill it in my students. Let's weave it in our classes like a ninja!
