About This Lesson
This lesson plan is designed to teach high school students the sequence of events that led to the start of the Civil War as well as help students analyze the relationship of war and technology during the Civil War. This lesson plan is aligned to Common Core and National Council for the Social Studies standards and has been endorsed by the History Channel.
