1. What differences did you notice between the 3 Congressional impeachments? [Johnson and Clinton impeached by HOR; Nixon resigns]
2. Who funds the impeachment process?
3. Under what conditions should citizens consider impeachment?
4. How does impeachment affect voting?
5. Have past impeachments undermined public confidence and civic participation? Why or Why not?
